A sweet planning opportunity, where newbies can hear about how we train and oldies can find out what to expect with preparation for their upcoming races plus new and different enhancements I have in mind for the group etc.
This talk will speak to those who want to improve their health and speed in order to run 5K,10K or move up to 1/2 marathon distance. As well as those who couldn’t care less about racing, who simply want to fall in love with running more and discover a new direction for themselves.

More than any other race, the BB makes you respect the 10K distance. Calm at the start – stay relaxed & efficient miles 1- 4 so you can hammer the last 2 miles!
