The Mini-Camp is free for all current clients and new leads. Contact Art to sign-up.
Your camp experience will be a memorable one where you’ll learn key core exercises, from the ground up, that build the overall muscular strength in your stomach and back so you can absorb the forces produced by running efficiently, throughout your whole body.
Plus you’ll get help organizing the new series of movements into a versatile routine that complements your running perfectly. You’ll understand what it means to run ‘on your legs not with them’ and exactly how to take the newly discovered coordination, body control, power and agility directly into your daily runs and why it’s important. Run a marathon or challenge yourself with the 10-mile Ascent in the mountains of Boulder County. Enjoy varied terrain and spectacular views as you follow dirt roads and the Switzerland Trail. The Ascent begins at the Adventure Lodge at the base of Fourmile Canyon and ends in Gold Hill. The marathon starts and finishes at the historic Gold Hill Inn. All proceeds benefit the Fourmile Fire Protection District.
The park is on the northwest corner or 19th St. & Elder Ave.
Train hard – Win easy!
The head, hands feet are incredibly important for providing the body with support, balance, mobility and feedback about your physical position, both in space and on the running surface. If the joints and nerves that provide this feedback are working incorrectly, these important functions will be compromised. Your camp experience will be a memorable where you’ll learn exactly how the peripheral body segments receive and transmit forces from the core, synergistically, to create muscular energy, running efficiency and fatigue resistance.
