Art-Ives-062715-06You already know how to run. You’ve been running from the time of your very first steps. The question is, how can you run your best? Getting together with an informal group of friends or joining a running club can provide mutual encouragement and support when you need it most. Connecting with other people expands your knowledge base and gives you a motive for staying with your training. Choosing to run with other people at a conversational pace is the best way of controlling your speed while you enjoy their company and model their great running form, relaxed rhythmic breathing and fluid stride.

If you’re looking for a group to run with, I invite you to consider Boulder Peak Makers Running Club. We do things the right way: if you’re a beginner we build you up slowly; if you’re an experienced runner, we help you peak when it counts. And we have fun!  We may not be the biggest club out there, but we think we’re the best.
