Might as well face it, most people take a great deal more pleasure and interest in training when a stop-watch is present! We prioritize the distances, paces, and recoveries that give you the most satisfaction rather than overwhelm you by squeezing in everything you think you should accomplish. We teach you to flex your expectations realistically rather than narrow them down too much. Maybe your legs are tired and you need to ease into it. This way you never overtrain but you also never under-train.

Potent Progression Run @ Tantra Park
Oct 6 @ 8:30 am – 9:30 am

An enjoyable distance run where you work on speeding up and slowing down while concentrating on relaxed exertion, rhythmic breathing and leg turnover. No more tight, monotonous shuffles where your stride length gets compromised and your nervous system goes flat. The variations we create with these weekly runs are limitless and adding some zip to your Saturday run is sure way to flush the lactate out of your legs and boost your race-day fitness.
