One-to-One Work
  • Session Frequency: Successful clients average 1-4 hours of coaching per month and may upgrade their degree of supervision by request or with Art’s recommendation at any time. All group workouts are complementary for one-to-one clients.
  • Session Cost: $60. Packages available.
  • Payment & Cancellation Policy: Payments are due on the day of the session or you can pay in advance, depending on your program. I ask that you give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your session. I can only reschedule in the event of illness or inclement weather and do not provide refunds.
  • Program Flexibility & Planning: I can adjust your training to allow for career or family obligations, vacations, illness, inclement weather and/or additional rest without compromising quality. Learn more about the workouts.
  • Independence & Coach-ability: The Way of Running builds on what you already do well and challenges you to become self-reliant. If you’re able to maintain a reasonable degree of consistency with your training, you will see results very soon after receiving coaching and subsequently learn to vary your workouts systematically and build your program to fulfill your running goals.
  • Group Training Runs: Conducted on the road, track & trail regularly, clients interested in group workouts will be placed in ability matched pace groups of 2 or more runners and meet at several scenic Boulder running venues.
  • Open Workouts: Join me for one of my own workouts and we’ll get creative and combine efforts. All abilities welcome. See calendar for time, place and format.
