Joy Motivation Teamwork
This is a forward looking group that runs together year-round on beautiful running courses spanning from Eldorado Springs, through the Boulder area in it’s entirety and as far north as Lyons. The emphasis is always on synchronization, practicing form and focus and building a base of leg strength and speed-endurance. Gems of information about diet & sustainable running health and performance abound during and after the runs (see calendar for time and place).

I first met Art when he was coaching a children’s running club that my kids were involved in, and was impressed by his rapport with children, which remains a strong suit that extends to all ages, genders, and ability levels.
I then had the good fortune to train, race and to work with him as a business associate. As a training partner, I find his natural buoyancy delightful as well as helpful. As a business partner, his commitment to his work with athletes manifests as a continuing effort to extend and deepen his knowledge base and understanding, and to bring his receptivity and creativity to bear with every person and situation.
Art is one of those people that is able to see the best in those who have the good fortune to work with him. He’s done his homework thoroughly so that he has the tools and means to really make a difference in peoples lives, be that in reaching one’s running and/or personal goals.
