The Winter Base Program is a forward-looking group of Art’s one-to-one clients that work out together between December 4, 2011 and February 19, 2012. The group meets at various scenic Boulder running venues, periodically, for both Saturday Speed and Sunday Long Runs. Take the opportunity to meet and run with runners of like ability in casual pace groups that combine efforts creatively. All abilities welcome.
The Focus:
- Learning form & stretching techniques
- Developing leg strength & speed-endurance
- Raising motivation to train consistently over the winter
- Balancing cross training with active rest
- Adapting workouts for winter conditions
- Learning more about diet, sustainable health, clothing and equipment
See calendar for time, place and format. Convenient punchcard – $30 for six workouts, good for 8 weeks. Come when it fits your schedule!
