The Clinics are:

  • Fun and Educational for All Abilities and build on what you already do well
  • A Synthesis of Kinesiology, Training Theory and Practical Experience

You will Learn:

  • New workouts as well as better ways to approach your current runs + what to aim for with each respective workout, including before and after instruction so you’ll understand exactly how and when to do it on your own
  • Proper warm-up, stretching, rest and recovery techniques
  • + Additional Special Workouts

Details:

  • Each clinic will be conducted at a road, track or trail venue around the Boulder area, to be announced closer to the fact.
  • Runners are asked to dress in warm-ups and running clothes and be ready to run at their respective clinics.
  • After a conceptual overview, you will receive individual coaching on the run itself and have the opportunity to practice these innovative physical and mental techniques.
