Inclement Weather & Make-up Dates
I’m always hoping the weather will be conducive for both coaching the material I have in mind and/or getting acquainted with each of you, your running experience and goals. I wouldn’t want to cut the time short or compromise the format for conditions in any way, especially right at the start of the series.
So after today there will be a plan for inclement weather (or forecasts) set up in advance which will be to meet at my location (4586 95th St… warm/dry for all the preliminaries). I will make a final call on the location, by 3:00PM the day of, so it’s 100% clear where to go.
